Over populated...just thing you have to sell the product which is 30-40 % higher to the market and there are 400 people are there to sell with no new project..... Don't worry they will try to lure you with money ..but just think if more then 400 people are there then how will you earn money..... What ever examples they give is of past... Just think if 95% percentage of old vintage people resigned from the company including higher management what is the working condition No work ethic..... welcome to sobha if you want your personal life destroyed...there is no personal life in sobha they don't even leave your personal life separate. Unstructured company.No clear rules on process ,Telugu politics in each department. They will not pay suppliers on time and always putting junior staffs under pressure Quality of the managers is very poor and the are spoiling the reputation of Mr.Chairman
