- Crazy workload, way above the fixed 40 hrs they pay you - Low pay - Difficult management with poor people skills - No adequate raises - Commission near inexistant, almost insulting - They say it's sales but it's really mostly packing and unpacking books which shouldn't have been sent in the first place - They throw a bunch of responsibilities at you but it's only so they don't have to do it - Very obsolete systems and tools affecting your workload and efficiency - Clients displeased with the amount of book deliveries over which you have little control - Very little support, you're thrown into the wolfs den and hope for the best Save yourself the headaches
