Pros
Staff are great, work hard and have good initiatives. Office nice, clean and modernish Kids club discount for friends, family and staff.
Cons
Senior management are not interested in what the workforce want, think or do. Middle management are ego driven and are unable to lead. Staff join with motivation and enthusiasm, but leave broken and dejected. Management believe its a privilege to work at SCL and don't understand that the business is built on the work force. No sick pay No flexibility such as work from home Low amount of holidays Strict 30 minute lunch
