Pros

The non-management employees are amazing and full of talent!

Cons

The management doesn't care about their employees, but they like to pretend to. They all have minimal experience in the roles the currently hold, lead by someone who has zero understanding of business owning/management. It is all just a show. The senior strategist spends most of his time running in circles, blaming others for his mistakes, and sexually harassing his female co-workers (literally, they filed complaints and he was sent home briefly, THAT'S ALL!) while producing subpar results from Facebook ads and cheering himself on. They pay twice per month; not bi-weekly so they are able to decrease their payroll. You know that month you get paid three times? That will never happen here, that's how they save money. They must need to save that money because of the benefits they offer. WRONG. They say they pay you more so you can afford to pay for benefits out of pocket. That's laughable. There's no benefits AT ALL, unless you consider the low budget coffee and nondairy creamer a benefit? You would think they would just go through a small business network like COSE and have a package to offer, but they're not actually leaders so they didn't put anything like that together. But they did plan things like laser tag.... If high school was your peak, call them. If you wanted to outgrow that behavior and grow into a career, go somewhere else.
