- Easy, straightforward work - Support the homeless community

Cons

- Poor wages - Unsupportive head office - Zero hour contracts - Unprofessional conduct by owners and head office staff - Repeated issues with pay (frequently late)

good ethos, employing people experience homelessness, pay it forward and free food

Cons

unprofessional upper management, certain staff favoured and others ignored, trial shifts no pay, zero hour contracts, profit profit profit, no real support for any staff
