Stagnant workplace with lack of direction and vision

When I had joined, this place had a learning environment. But this is only applicable to people who have an experience of 1 year or less, otherwise this "company" is a waste of time.
Cons
Everything. Purpose-less, ambition-less, stagnant workplace with no aim, management or vision. Few people, excessive work, not adequately staffed, no pf benefits, salary comes late on the 7th and annual increment takes a minimum of three months of postponing and at max goes up to 5000 rupees. Expected to stay available 24/7. They have computers from 2015. The office is basically an ill ventilated garage with not even proper potable water facilities. The CEO's cabin stinks due to the 1970s AC in there. No culture at all, Designers have to work like slaves, day and night. No recognition of any sort no matter how hard you work
