Pros
The mission and the people are equally powerful, compelling, life-changing, and world-changing. You feel good about the work you're doing. The compensation is very decent. Extremely remote-friendly workplace. Some of the staff are the kindest, brightest folks you'll ever meet (not all, but a worthwhile subset).
Cons
They can call you at any time for any urgent issue or trouble shooting. No raise in salary and no bonuses

Great freedom to think on your own and come up with new ideas. Good insightful work.
Cons
The internship could have been more demanding and intensive and we could have done much more.
