On stock options: 10% of the company has been set aside for employees to share in our success, every full time employee receives stock options when they start along with top-ups as they continue to grow with us. On engineering: We hire both locally and internationally sponsored talent. Salaries are benchmarked between the median and 75th percentile for Vancouver tech companies, with strong benefits, above industry average paid time off, and a flexible remote-first work environment.
