Pros
Nice office and people. Working hours are good and you dont have to work to hard. They say they care about performance but it's not measured.
Cons
Company struggles with their identity and business model. They have a good idea that very few people need or want to pay for, making it hard for them to make money. Many clients leave after getting the product for free once. Very political, if the owner doesnt like you then your done for. Managment are all owners friends. No strategy for the future, all they want to do is sell the company to Twitter. Many people who come to work are just out of school or university but all the experienced people quickly leave or are fired.
