Pros
The company hires highly skilled developers, you get to work with very good people. They also use modern technologies and they are always looking to improve their systems. Positions are mostly specialized, you are likely to be the expert on your profession within the company.
Cons
It is a small company with limited growth capabilities. Specialization has its downside, everyone is very good at their thing, but most people don't get the whole picture of the products they build, let alone of the company.
