Entitled annual leaves are tightly controlled & questioned. Rejected on a whim. Workplace bullying culture enabled by manager and CEO Interns are milked like full-timers without the benefits. Even on weekends Pay is capped to certain limit for most staff after 1 year. Favoured staff get better pay package, treatment, career opportunities Measly performance bonus even though agency is net profitable & clients are renewing contracts, staff are working after hours, weekends, public holidays Manager and CEO will find faults during performance reviews even though KPIs are achieved/maintained. You are instead advised to contribute more, work more hours. No further discussion Certain staff are told to work as early as 4am for task sent out by morning Manager is fully inserted in departments' personal affairs Staying after hours culture is enforced by manager.
