1. Crisis Management (as there is always shortage of resources/employees in the company. You might even get to write mail for tissue requirement in toilets) 2. You will become a night person (as the work given here is practically impossible to complete in 8 hours) 3. Flexible Lunch Hours (because there ain’t any. Bet you get time to have your food. Remember- work is important, food is not) 4. Finance Management (coz taking out money from your pocket for client meeting can hamper your expenses) 5. Enhance Gossiping Skills (FYI men here gossip more than women) 6. Adds a new skill to your CV- Boot Licking (Impressing Management without work)

Just the people around you who are equally fed up of the management

Cons

Apart from over burdening you with extra work, the company also excells in taking away the basic necessities from the employee. You will have to carry your own water with you because you never know when the machine stops working. The office will remain waterless for at least 1.5days. The favourite hobby of the management is to get their butts liked. The HR does nothing for the convenience of the employees. The HR is no more than a secretary to the bratty founders of the company. Join sociowash if you want to know about the slave culture, as this is what they promote.

They say agency life is hard, but at Sociowash it sucks.

Cons

They know just how to kill your passion. The management is the most inhumane and insensitive people you will ever come across. They treat you like they own you. There is just no workfe balance out here. Say goodbye to your creative skills and your personal life at Sociowash
