      Pros

      Wonderful subject matter. Wonderful mission.

      Cons

      The president will say one thing, then do another. She'll commit to one course of action, then change plans without notice or explanation, at major inconvenience and discord. Many people employed at the organization are there because they've been around for awhile or it's an easy job - nobody seems to be fully thriving. The organization is in danger and I would recommend extreme caution before proceeding.

      Pros

      It offers plenty of challenges. It is located in a pleasant business area of south Palo Alto, in the heart of Silicon Valley. Parking is free and available.

      Cons

      The corporation is understaffed. The staff turnover rate is extremely high and salaries are very low. Huge and disruptive changes take place frequently. Communication from leadership is intermittent; there is very little transparency.
