Pros
I am working in Soft Paris for more than 5 years. Probably the position where I learned the most in my career.
When I started working with Soft Paris, I had a lot of customer service experience, some coaching but I have been offered a manager position. It was a great opportunity for me. I was given missions beyond my skills and have been trusted and helped by the management to achieve them.
I gained in self confidence over the years and develop so much skills because working in a small team means you have to be curious & independent, I like that.
Each of the team member has his own field of expertise and share with others to create something great. It is nice to work with open minded people, even if we do not always agree with everything, we know we can express our point of view and discuss a situation.
I also have been given the opportunity to work from home and avoid long commute, what I really appreciate. Basically, SP is a company where you receive a lot if you invest yourself in your job.
Cons
Working in a small company means you have to be flexible and adapt yourself. It can happens that you have to be reactive and deal with tasks that are outside your job description. You can have to deal with pressure when the business requests it.
