In a workplace where rules are only taken seriously when things go wrong, despite prior suggestions and solutions. C-levels often seem out of touch with what's really going on and are quick to point fingers when things don't go as planned. There are also directors who exhibit behaviors akin to those of a "Karen". Pay isn't great, leading to a lot of people coming and going. Some of the higher-ups act like they don't even see you when you're right there. It's all about playing favorites here—if you don't toe the line, you're out. Honestly, it feels like the company's motto should be "Do it my way or hit the road." And let's just say, swearing and disrespect from certain C-levels are just par for the course. Plus, it's no secret that the management has issues with racism. They hinted that employees who are not of Chinese descent can't do their jobs, but they didn't take a good look at themselves.

You'll have to deal with bosses who are verbally abusive, they will call you names that aren't very nice when they are upset.. I've seen it happened so many times with my other colleagues as well. And their mood swings are worse than when a woman is on her period.
