      Top management is slaughtering the company

      The only good reason to work there could be your teammates.

      Cons

      The most stressful experience I have ever had. I've never been to a company with such low morale in their consultants-extreme micromanagement, unrealistic expectations and metrics are visibly unattainable and out of reach. Upper management has no consideration for the daily lives of their employees and every single person above you is out for your throat. Steer clear of this company.

      Coworkers are nice people, management not so much.

      Cons

      Expectations for employees are unreasonable high. We're expected to be amazing at our jobs and make zero mistakes right out the gate while being given impossible targets to reach, receiving zero support from management, and having horrible work-life balance.

      My team mates were good and helpful.

      Cons

      Leadership and managers are useless, lazy, and frankly, morons. I've was hardly helped or given feedback by my boss who knew nothing about my department, and made ridiculous suggestions that made no sense and forgot about projects half way through them for the next shiny thing. Don't work here, they don't know what they're doing.
