Well to start with, the management is hopeless. You will be monitored to such a minute level that questions will be raised on what you talk to your colleagues on social platforms. They will monitor your timings minutely. 9 hours is compulsory and there will be meetings every month end on why it has happened so and all the good work you do will be kept aside. Culture is very bad and within 3 months you will feel like you have taken a bad decision of joining this company. They will make you sign 6 months to 2 years of bond because they are confident about their culture and they know people would leave the company even before 6 months of completion. It is NOT A PRODUCT COMPANY NOR A "IOT" COMPANY. Its a service based company and there is always a firefighting going on. Managers will never do their work and everything will be blamed on the developer/Testers. Worst thing is politics. There are people who have gone up the ladder by licking boots. So make sure you do the same if you want to get a good appraisal. Even if you make the client delighted but not the manager then its gone. No appraisal for you buddy! All projects are in Red zone or go away in short time. So no opportunity to explore. IMHO please avoid getting into this company. They will pay you very well as compared to the other offers you have in hand, but soon you will realize that it was a trap.

If you're considering working at Softdel, I suggest you run in the opposite direction as fast as your legs can carry you. First of all, the management is a complete joke. They're disconnected from the reality of the employees' struggles and seem to revel in making arbitrary decisions that make no sense whatsoever. It's as if they've been trained in the art of making the worst possible choices for the company and its workers. Its a hire & fire working cultured company The micromanagement at Sofdel is suffocating. You'd think that the higher-ups have nothing better to do than breathe down your neck and second-guess every move you make. It's impossible to have any sense of autonomy or ownership over your work when every decision is scrutinized and dictated by someone who has no understanding of your role. Work-life balance? Yeah, right. At Softdel, work is your life, and your life is work. Forget about having personal time, family commitments, or even a moment to catch your breath. The expectation is that you're available 24/7, and any attempt to set boundaries is met with passive-aggressive comments and thinly veiled threats. Oh, and let's not forget the toxic culture that thrives within the company. Instead of fostering a collaborative environment, Softdel seems to encourage an environment where achievements are pitted. Softdel's work culture is a nightmare that no employee should have to endure. It's a breeding ground for burnout, frustration, and resentment. If you have any self-respect and value your mental and emotional well-being, steer clear of Softdel and its toxic work environment. Your career and sanity deserve better than this dumpster fire of a company.
