The worst place I have ever worked for. I regret the time I worked there.

Cons
I worked there for about 2 years but didn't have any salary hike. I worked for more than 8 hours including Saturday's but my salary was 10,000 even at the point I resigned. They won't accept your resignation letter nor provide any experience certificate. I wasted my 2 years with the firm. The salaries are paid in-hand and not through bank account. We used to receive our monthly salaries by the end of the 2nd month where people in other companies recieve their 2 months salary we would hardly receive our 1 month salary. They give us no freedom to take leaves even if we have 1 casual leave. They are using the employees for their personal gain and don't consider any physical or mental condition of the employees. They even made us to work from office during covid and some of them were affected by the virus. The office didn't even shut down or gave us work from home or allowed to go on quarantine in those days. We even worked without salary at those times. Still I haven't received my experience certificate and my 2 months salary from there. This company is a best example for the worst work life you can have.
