Pros

All theses positive reviews are ridiculous! It's obviously upper management adding their own. They can't hire anyone because people see the writing on the wall from all the bad reviews.

Cons

Cons are everything about this company from the president down. They don't get it I hear former clients expressing how bad this company and the level of service they do not provide. I hear the same persons name as to why they left the and went with another MSP.

Pros

Free granola bars and cashews. Oh and unlimited amount of free condiment packets from years past!! Seasoned soy sauce is important.

Cons

The last couple of reviews on this site about the experience at Softrim we're done by folks in cushy seats and made up engineering spots. Currently Softrim is at 80% turnonver from a technical/engineering capacity in the last 10 months alone. Middle management act like children in a clubhouse you are not allowed to come in unless you punch your little brother(CO-WORKER). When you are sent on the road, you are forced to front almost all deposits for hotel and car. This company is yet another example of how toxic leaders solidify themselves into an office/role and torment the subordinates till they run for the hills. They often end up taking jobs worth much less in money and benefits. Leadership has had ample opportunity to make changes, but refuse to see that failed leadership and the lack of respect for one another will create a never ending revolving door for good employees, who are gone for ever. Documentation to do your job is so darn bad that if you had napkins with notes in crayon, it would be a severe upgrade to knowing how to serve the customers. There are huge promises of raises and surprise walk up bonuses that never even come to fruition let alone result in a pat on the back and a thank you. The front row of the parking lot is riddled with BWMs, $80k trucks, and multiple vehicles that are worth more than a years salary of the working staff. Processes constantly change to reflect or deflect the responsibility of leadership. In other words things are done differently on a day to day basis to fit the need of the crap always rolls down hill mantra. Fun interoffice things like potluck luncheon's, Nerf darts, and actual deskspace to do your job are often replaced with "no laughing allowed" and please use this fold up table instead of a desk." If you could just put that table 3 feet away from senior managers so that we can monitor all the smiling going on, that would be great". This place epitomizes the ''Big Brother" feel. Everything and everyone monitored as if you were on work release and not a seasoned engineer. Over all my advice to anyone. Work at Arby's down the road. The smell of curly fries in your hair and clothes is better than the smell of shame and uselessness that you leave with everyday at Softrim.
