Flexible working at it's best - the company really cares about its employees work life balance whilst never compromising on quality delivered to clients The company strives to employ the best of the best so there is a great team of really experienced individuals. There is a great culture of collaborative working and knowledge sharing, there is always an opportunity to keep learning which I love. Sojourn really care about the well being of their employees and are always seeking to ensure the team are happy and healthy within their busy roles.

The culture, the people, the team work! The opportunity for growth along with the open communication with the leadership team make Sojourn an easy place to stay awhile!

Cons

There really are no cons, unless you are an office kind of person- the majority of the Sojourn team work remotely.

Sojourn was a great company to work for, they have weekly all company meetings and keep us all informed on the company results.

Cons

Everyone is remote so if you enjoy working in an office this is not the company for you.
