      Strong team and a lot of room for engineering impact

      Pros

      Very collaborative team, full of ideas and always open to modernizing the stack. There is a high level of technical autonomy that allows senior engineers to take ownership of the architecture and lead meaningful improvements in security and performance.

      Cons

      It is still quite early in my time here, and so far, I haven't encountered any significant downsides. The onboarding was smooth, and the current challenges are just the standard learning curve of a new role.
