Rapidly growing company, excellent professional culture and growth opportunities, highly capable leadership, very cool technology and interesting work, great pay and benefits. Ownership sincerely cares about all employees. Pre-IPO (yes, for real).

1. The owners are Christian and not afraid to proclaim Jesus as their ultimate authority. What a breath of fresh air in this day and age of immorality. 2. I've been here about two years now and have always been treated with respect and kindness from both coworkers and management. What more can you ask for. 3. The pay is excellent with the ability to earn more by reaching goals. 4. The benefits are great as well as including investment in the company. 5. I've known Sol-Ark for at least 10 years now, including before working here. And I am proud to see it's growth through pure hard work, quality of equipment and service after the sale. 6. I'm very loyal to companies with high integrity like Sol-Ark and looking forward to finishing the second half of my career here.
