      Pros

      Traveling. Theres no cap on commission. They have a management program.

      Cons

      starts off with commission only. Door to door sales. long hours. usually 11-8:30

      Thank you for your feedback. I apologize about any confusion about the position that you had. Although, we aren't hiring for a door to door position. If any employee here went door-to-door they would be terminated. One of the position we are hiring for involves residential lead based, and we have other positions we are hiring for as well!

      -Leaders were very uplifting and helpful -Company revolves around unity and teamwork -Work hard, play hard attitude

      -Still a very young company -Long hours; M-F and Saturdays

      Pros

      The atmosphere is amazing! Everyone is always there for each other. We're one big family. We all have so much fun together and we hang out outside of work all the time. The opportunity of the business is also huge. I have absolutely loved working here and am excited to continue!

      Cons

      The only downside I can think of is that there aren't enough hours in the day, so I can't spend more time there learning.
