Pros

The team under the two individuals leading the company is great, due to trauma bonding related to the two individuals leading the company.

Cons

Both individuals running the company have no ability to self-regulate their emotions. Both individuals are extreme micro-managers. Both individuals are chaotic and lack any form of structure. Both individuals are don't show up to work with the purpose of driving results or moving the ball down the field, but rather proving they are the smartest person in the room. The company leaders spend more time critiquing and micro-managing their employess than they do running the company.

Pros

Smart team. Built a clever, automated process to manage a bunch of projects.

Cons

Too much responsibility. Not a great place for work-life-balance. Everyone is too focused on making money.

Pros

Pay is fine. Employees are all young and very smart, very friendly.

Cons

Revolving door, and sounds like it always has been. The culture is very strange. “Management” is sassy and unpredictable. In-office position but there are no office perks as the Manager is against them. He is also opposed to providing individual software licenses, basic office supplies, and kitchen supplies. Probably a 2 star company but management is obviously reviewing on Glassdoor.
