You will enter at this company youthful and enthusiastic.

Cons

No work life balance, unclear company direction, and poor people management especially from middle and high managers. The company punishes you for having a life in so many subtle ways. Those who are tenured (at lesst 3 years) were already swallowed up by the toxic culture and system that is difficult to eradicate. Lack of company benefits.
