      Pros

      Great culture, good benefits, great professional development opportunities, and moral values that they try and stick to as a B corp focused on education and community.

      Cons

      Small company with minimal processes which can be hard as a junior employee. Compensation is difficult to stomach long-term.

      Pros

      I liked my job as an installer. The management and the office staff, direct supervisor were very lgbt inclusive and very helpful to me. I had a very good experience working there.

      I think the pay per hour needs to be more
