      Located in Richardson, Texas area.

      Cons

      high performers never see the commissions or bonuses due to the operations team messing up installs by using inexperienced staff to install. Months and months waiting, making 100% commissions. Can not live on their pay structure and uncontrollable mistakes ops team makes on your installs.

      The Management team is great - very responsive, they address any issues or problems that arise in a timely manner. Relationship with all customers is so close and friendly - I have never worked in an environment like this before! It feels like a true family and I love being a part of the team!
