Nice culture. People are friendly. Flat hierarchy. Cross the board activities in solar

Cons

Company blows with the wind and lacks strategy Has senior executive and board that don't have any EPC or O&M experience. Hence lack of process, lack of strategy and poor results. Invests almost nothing into its staff.
