International colleagues, strong concept, possibilities to travel
Cons
Management doesn’t care about employees wellbeing. CEO only care about profit but doesn’t share results (profit) with his employees, no bonuses. Bad salary, no extras, female unfriendly environment. No transparency in company results, CEO doesn’t care about his employees. He only cares about 5 people (males) who are part of his MT.
