      Great people - Most people are professional and easy to work with Management will typically listen to what you have to say Free coffee and snacks Flexible with a family first attitude Management understands what they need to be working on

      Cons

      The health and dental benefits cost more than other places I have worked and there are only two higher deductible plans to choose from. Pay may be lower than average

      - This company is looking to expand. I look forward to being a part of that expansion. - Freedom. If you do you're job, then you're accountable for your time. - High retention - the company will do anything to keep an employee on board

      Cons

      - Senior management is very reluctant to change but they are taking baby steps to improve the current system. - The company hired people based on personality, rather than skill level. There are quite a few people who are unqualified for their position.
