Pros
Very easy job, basically playing with children and serving light snacks. Mostly nice colleagues. Some fun events.
Cons
Boss extremely inconsistent eg. telling me I could not do something then later telling me I was lazy for not having done it.... No opportunities for career development. Sometimes under-stimulating. Very poor fitness benefits compared to neighbouring counties.
