Pros
Easy work, overtime if you want it, some good people working there, limited potential to develop, some mid-level managers are really good. Probably a decent starting point for working in welding but not much beyond basic level stuff.
Cons
Upper management, overtime felt forced, some not good people there, what appears to be a culture of distain for production staff from upper management, what appears to be a low priority for H&S within various workshops with various fumes and no extraction provided and provided PPE sub-par for welding, poor wages, fast turnover rate, you're nothing more than a number to them. Low ceiling for wages, experience, and progression.
