They pay poorly, so the talent pool is weak—and that seems to feed leadership’s ego. The company is far behind. Many leaders are incompetent, narcissistic, and openly dismissive of women. Unless you’ve been there 10+ years, you won’t be taken seriously. If you’re a woman, don’t join.

You can learn what you pick up No one there wants to teach.
Cons
It no longer feels like a supportive environment for women. Toxic behavior, including narcissistic and misogynistic conduct, appears to go unchecked by HR and leadership. Complaints generally get ignored
