HR doesn’t help with employee issues, with regard to payroll, complaint about a manager, or claiming our benefits! They won’t do the extra work and effort to resolve issues happening within the company! HR people are terribly awful people!

Management was disorganized and untrustworthy. They frequently shifted strategies and priorities without clear communication, often blaming junior employees for poor results while failing to provide the support or direction needed for success. Transparency was lacking, and accountability only seemed to apply to those at the bottom. Work-life balance was virtually nonexistent. Despite the long hours and significant effort, outcomes were consistently underwhelming due to poor resource allocation and mismanagement. Individuals with little relevant experience or demonstrated competence were placed in leadership roles, further exacerbating the dysfunction. The workplace culture was toxic, gaslighting was common, and gossip became a coping mechanism for many just to get through the day. Communication breakdowns and psychological strain were the norm. This was, without question, the most negative professional experience I’ve had. I’m extremely relieved to have moved on. P.S. Be skeptical of recent overly positive reviews. They appear to be part of a reputation management effort rather than genuine reflections of employee experience.

When the leadership is terrible, everything falls apart. Here, each person wanted to be a leader, and no one wanted to be led. It was a ridiculous workplace where everyone was stressed due to the poor morale and ridiculous arrogance of those in power. No one knew what their future held. It was mentally exhausting.

I don't recommend working for Solugen if you want to grow your career. Role creep is very real here. Research scientists like me are subjected to extreme pressure because we're given tons of unrelated responsibilities and tasks to do. The leadership here doesn't care at all about the growth and advancement of its employees.

To many chiefs not enough indians.

We have a lot of ridiculous leaders here at Solugen, and these terrible leaders cause a lot of stress in the workplace. They also put a ton of pressure on the employees with their unreasonable demands and expectations. It’s no wonder why employees here always exhausted and have very low morale and motivation.
