Pros
Company culture is great. Everyone got along so well with each other and was very understanding. Terri (CEO) and her husband, Kevin (VP), did their best to host fun events and keep things light and fun. Switched to fully remote work during Covid, allowed people to work outside of country
Cons
More attention and appreciation is given to Sales + Marketing. Hard work isn’t really appreciated unless you work for Sales + Marketing Very little room for internal growth- usually hire from outside
