      Solve Education! pushes you to understand the big picture, from strategy to execution, upstream to downstream. You don’t just do tasks, but also learn how the whole system works. It feels like a full-stack or management trainee role, where expectations are high and learning never stops. It’s intense at times, but it builds sharp thinking, resilience, and adaptability. I left with the confidence and skills to be able to work strategically at a multinational level nowadays.
