Pros
Sompo is a great company that constantly develops people, constantly generates new ideas, and allows you to be a part of it. It has a sincere and warm work environment.
Cons
Even if you do amazing work in the background, it may never be seen by upper management. Because all the successes are attributed to your direct manager. And there is never a reward for the extra performance you show.
