      - Highly technical engineering leadership - Immense freedom to build impactful internal tooling - Great environment for staff+ Infra engineers - Worked with incredibly talented people

      - Strategy to reach profitability was flawed (easy to see in hindsight) - Ultimately ended in bankruptcy, cutting the progress short

      A company that is far too inexperienced in any field

      Your voice is heard in even the most mundane of projects. Very diverse company.

      Cons

      There is absolutely no structure, and whenever guidelines try to be implemented, they evaporate or are completely forgotten. Company culture has degraded so badly that the turnover rate is worse than most fast food places.
