      Pros

      Fast moving, fun company to work at, I liked the family atmosphere and the top notch technologies we worked with, I would never have left if I wasn't relocating with my family.

      Pros

      It is a job where I have room to really grow and my boss is giving the opportunity to learn more and grow and to make my rank up within the business

      Cons

      The work I am doing is not consistent and there are days where business is good and days where business is bad (like any ohter job) in addition my job is sitting in front of a computer screen all day which is not great for my body
