Management is condescending and patronizing. Communication is awful and the morale of the client services department is horrendous; all of the employees talk horribly about the supervisor. Gossip is very high school and petty.

No one is breathing down your neck because there is a sincere lack of management and staff in general.

Cons

Very short staffed. Poor management. Told to be happy with terribly low raise and to just keep churning out the low quality work. No one is coming to help. Chopshop.
