Pros
- Working on a topic I care about deeply technical & clinical - Huge care for the mission & talented people - good intensity - Huge growth & career opportunity - True care for people (HR created at 15 people for instance) - it's a hard working environment but still visible care (I'm head of HR so defo a bit biaised here)
Cons
- Lots of topics in // you need to be strong in prioritisation - Early-stage start-up so topics can vary widely based on GTM finding etc.
