Pros
Awesome technology that is accurate and the future when it comes to indoor positioning. The employees in general are great, but all of them have a massive untapped potential.
Cons
Unfortunately this company is run extremely poorly by the board and the management. The management group tend to dig into irrelevant details instead of looking at the greater lines, leaving the employees frustrated and unable to focus on developing the technology. As a result more and more employees are leaving the company.
