Short sighted. Not a merit based company. They believe they are smarter than everyone else which infringes on their ability to adapt to the US market and really take over. They have 50% market share in the VA in the US - and yet commercially they are closer to 20%. This is a direct result of US management not understanding the commercial market and how to seize from their competitors in a scalable and sustainable manner.
