      Quite high tech environment, skilled people.

      Cons

      All decision taken in Japan and no real impact from local management. CEO very bright but ego tripper that likes to hear himself talk and knows it all.

      Excellent offices. Great accessibility. Access to new technology. Good Perks

      Cons

      Bosses were not consistent with goals. Time was not given to settle down and understand the objectives. Lots of colleagues with discriminatory views. Cultural sensitivity and training missing.

      Very interesting technology , very nice team and colleagues , if you are in the right group there is tons of opportunities to grow

      Cons

      depend on what group you work for you might have great opportunities to grow or you might be stagnating seems that there is some weakness in middle management in making clear strategy
