      Loved working on a variety of projects that each tackled impact from a different angle.

      Sometimes felt very bureaucratic; some micromanaging.

      Pros

      Co-workers are great people and the benefits of being a UofU employee are amazing.

      Cons

      Work-life balance isn't great for full-time employees. Lots of process inefficiencies that cause mistakes or projects taking too long. Insufficient budgets. It's a small org within the UofU that has gone through many changes and a lot of employee turnover since Covid, so has kind of a start-up vibe at times. Everyone wears a lot of different hats.
