Pros
The team is hardworking and hungry. Everyone wears multiple hats as with any small software company, but everyone is supported. The company has a focus on "doing well by doing good," and everyone seems to follow that sentiment. The office itself is awesome and has all the amenities you need and more, with espresso and kitchen access. There is also a game room to relax and take breaks. Staff is able to work virtually if they want a day home or if Boulder gets slammed with snow. As long as your projects are getting done, there is no micromanaging.
Cons
Non to date. Management does a great job of addressing any concerns or issues. Everyone is social and very approachable.
