Pros

None. None whatsoever. Stay away... stay far away.

Cons

If you are a Bible believing Christian, please read… and read very, very carefully. I will try to be succinct but there is just so much to write about. Regardless, this is not a Christian organization. This is a business… for business sake... and not even a good one at that. There is talk of "God"… plenty. There is mention of the "Bible"… plenty. Far, far more importantly there are nebulous terms and phrases like “You are doing God’s work…” “You are so incredibly Kingdom minded!” and blah, blah, blah. This is, in my humble opinion, a manipulation of the Word of God and the name of God. There is use and abuse from those who desire to work to help those in need – notably those in Christ. But this is a manipulation. They woefully underpay based on the premise of “… helping the Kingdom… “ but again, this is a business which is anything but loving, caring, and Bible based. I presented the Bible numerous times and an actual process to vet all recorded phrases, comments, and Biblical quotations and phraseology from the videos but it did not matter. Lots of lip service but no actions in keeping with the actual Word of God. You are asked to sign your life away, offered very little benefits, and told any negotiations or discussion is rooted in Satan and the “Evil One.” This is a highly manipulative environment which uses people, abuses people, then spits them out. You are asked to sign NDAs (which I refused to sign which is why I can write this). The owner (look him up (and his father)) is highly litigious. If you are a Christian… go elsewhere. This is not a Christian centered place. If you are not Christian… you have larger issues regarding eternity. Last note: I will likely be attacked. This is what they do, which is why I waited so long to write this after I departed. Terrible place utterly disconnected from the real working world. Do not fall into this spiritual venus fly trap. The retribution against me will be very harsh. God bless Brothers and Sisters.

His six weeks of employment with us were marked by repeated violations of company policies and professional standards. Documented incidents include the use of alcohol on company property and porn content playing publicly through his personal Bluetooth speaker, while he was in another room, causing a workplace disruption. These behaviors were unacceptable and directly contradicted our commitment to maintaining a professional and respectful work environment. Despite the circumstances surrounding his departure, we had hoped he would use this experience as an opportunity for growth. We stand firm in our expectations that all employees adhere to workplace policies and conduct themselves with a healthy mindset at all times.

Pros

Honestly- this place has helped me step into what I was made to do. I get to use my gifts to actually help people -how awesome is that? I’m constantly learning; sharpening my skills and working alongside some seriously talented people who keep pushing for excellence. Is it perfect? Nope. But neither am I. No place is. What matters is that I’ve grown so much here, I realize I can be part of making this place even better: a place that puts Christ first and serves others selflessly. It’s easy to focus on the negatives but here’s what I’ve seen firsthand: where else do you find owners who take time out of their busy schedules to drive an employee’s wife and child to the hospital? To pray, counsel, and walk a team member through a crisis after hours? Who would surprise an employee turning 50 by paying for a once-in-a-lifetime trip? Who genuinely prioritize the needs of employees and their families when life happens? This is a great place to work. The owners aren’t materialistic -they live humbly and serve others. Are they perfect? No. But who is? If we say we work for the Kingdom but show up expecting our boss to make us happy-- then we’re not really here to serve --we’re here to feel good about ourselves. Your ideals will be tested by reality. Ministry isn’t like a regular job. It’s not always glamorous and it's gonna challenge your commitment. At the end of the day are you here to please God or just yourself? That’s the real question. This is Kingdom work. It takes grit, integrity, humility and a serious passion to follow God’s call. Some people leave bitter and write ugly reviews because things didn’t go their way. But this ministry has helped millions --including me. And I’m here for the long haul.

Cons

Not much cons, but they don't offer massage services or nap pods -and no foosball table --lol. But you'll often find the owner grilling BBQ and steaks and serving lunch on Fridays.
