Pros
Soulmate is a great company to work for I wouldn’t want to be working with any other company. Soulmark has a great management training program and has plenty of room for advancement. The environment we work is fun and energetic, with opportunities to meet great people. We do not do any door to door or b2b, it is all direct marketing, which is great and gives me many opportunities to market and advertise myself in a professional way. The training and knowledge I’ve gained here will last me a lifetime.
Cons
None that I can think of, keep up the great work!

This is a door-to-door pyramid company. You can find them in any city. It is a great summer job but terrible career.

Pros
You will have a lot of fun, every day. You will have to work hard to advance and will learn a lot.
Cons
NOT a stable career. If you have no financial obligations, though, you will have fun. Don't believe the fluff; you will be selling TV to people at their house and the only way to advance is to sell a lot and get good people on your team who sell a lot. Oh, and expect to hit the same houses at least once a year.
