      - Lovely product, great commercial opportunity and promising market in Saudi and the GCC - Very accepting new ideas and implement it fast to test its feasibility and impact - Good salaries

      - Young incompetent management and founders - structure and transparency are very bad - no clear vision , objectives change every week
