The majority of staff are part time, per diem, gig workers so great for that.

Working full time is an extremely small team with a strange dynamic. They don’t provide computers or equipment so be prepared to use your own. Pretty tight travel budget. Benefits aren’t very strong. There was writing on the wall. Didn’t work out and I’m grateful for that.
